The Holiday Inn Resort Goa is a Five Star resort located on the picturesque Mobor Beach in South Goa. Cafe Mardi Gras

Goans are known for feasting and drinking so dining at Café Mardi Gras is always a delightful affair. Goan cuisine is fusion, even before fusion was invented. It has a sweet and sour element because of the vinegar and port wine introduced by the Portuguese. The all time Goan favourite, panfried Pomfret Recheado, served at the 24 hour Café Mardi Gras is marinated with toddy vinegar and Goan masala. It is simply delicious eaten with the Goan bread also referred to as "Pao." Other popular dishes are Chicken Xacutti, Pork Vindaloo or the world renowned Goan Fish Curry.

Whispers of the Orient

Discover the ethnic flavors of the Far East  at the exquisitely decorated "Whispers of the Orient." The elaborate wall paintings ,Chinese lanterns, wooden roof  and bamboo plants all create an authentic oriental ambience. Guests can enjoy a wide range of Japanese, Thai or Chinese cuisine a la carte every night from 7.30 pm till 11.00 pm.

Sun Downer Bar

Sip a relaxing drink and watch a magical Goan sunset at the Sundowner Bar, located at the lobby level, with a panoramic view of the Arabian sea. Fish Grill (open subject to weather conditions)

An inviting combination of laid back charm and elegance, this restaurant has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Choose from a huge selection of freshly caught fish or shellfish, all beautifully displayed, and cooked to perfection either European or Goan style. Meats and vegetarian food are also available. Ask for one of the House Specialities, the Chorizo stuffed naan, which makes a good accompaniment to the elaborate list of starters.
