The villas are a modern-style, two storey, cosy home. It is surrounded by a large well-manicured lawn in the middle of a grove of coconut trees and offers a very tranquil stay when in Goa. Villa Vicente is an ideal base to explore Calangute and its neighbourhood, and all of the Goan activities alike. Room Services

STAFF
Each Villa has a room maid who will prepare your breakfast from 8:00am. At the same time the gardener and pool attendant will service the pool and garden area. After breakfast the maids will make up the bedroom and leave you to your privacy. If you require these services later than 8:00am please advise the office. 

SECURITY
All villas are equipped with electronic safes. Contact the office should you require assistance with the operating instructions. There are 4 security guards to secure the rooms and the Villas - around the clock. Please leave your room key at the office whenever you leave the villas. 

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING
A laundry basket is located in your bedroomroom, please place garments for laundry in the basket. The maid will pick up the laundry and it should be ready within 24 hours. It can also be completed within 12 hours, should you require. 

TRANSPORT
A complimentary transfer is provided to and from the airport. Excellent Private Taxi service, English speaking Driver & Car or Car Rental is also available, please contact the office and they will be happy to assist you. 

ENTERTAINMENT
A wide selection of DVD's and books are available from the office. 50 Satellite Channels include: HBO, Cinemax, Star Movies, Hallmark, AXN, Animax, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Discovery, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, MTV, ESPN, CNBC, CNN, BBC.

SWIMMING POOL AND BABY SITTING
Guests are asked to always take appropriate safety measures. Parents please always insure your children are constantly supervised in the swimming pool. The office can assist you with your baby-sitting needs. Please advise us of your requirements one day in advance. 

AIRLINE BOOKING AND RECONFIRMATION
We will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, reconfirmation and other airline information. Please note that it is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 72 hours prior to departure. For assistance with luggage handling, please contact the office. 

OFFICE SERVICES
Please contact the office should you require any of the following: Secretarial Service. Wake Up Call. Mail Service. Courier Service. Internet Service. Fax service. All messages will be delivered to your rooms as soon as they received. All major currencies can be exchanged. 

GENERAL SERVICES
A range of electrical adapters is available through the office. Current = 220 Volt, 50 Cycles. Should you require medical assistance, please advise the office. After office hours please contact security for their assistance.

You have a choice of both vegetarian and non- vegetarian menu The bar has a varied stock of liquors, wines and beers beverages fruit juices, cocktails and mocktails are also served

RESERVATION NOTES :   Make sure you choose a room based on the number of beds required, that way you & your guests will be properly accommodated.   Each room in the villa has a queen size bed & for our villa master bedrooms each has a kingsized bed. Beds can also be joined to make a double bed.   One extra single bed can be added to any villa if required @ Rs. 800/night.
CHECK IN   Upon arrival villa staff will escort you and explain all villa facilities including: bedrooms, bathroom, switches, etc.   Complete the registration card upon arrival and hand it to our staff.   The Goa State Government requires registration of all visitors within 24 hours of arrival, therefore we need a copy of your your passport so we can register your arrival with the Tourist Police.
CHECK OUT :   Check out time is 12.00 noon.   If your departure time does not coincide with our official check out time, please contact the office.   Every effort will be made to assist with later check out times whenever possible.
BILLING PROCEDURES :   Credit Card facilities are available. Cash also accepted as payment for extra expenses (food, drinks, telephone, etc.)   The accommodation charge in INR (indian Rupees) and extra expenses are charged in Rupees too.   Should you wish to pay the accommodation bill in US$ or any other foreign currency, we will convert according to the daily exchage rate.   All extra expenses (food, drinks, telephone, laundry etc.) will be summarized on the guest invoice   Invoice will be presented one day prior to guest departure, together with questionnaire form.   Please kindly ensure that your invoice is correct.   Our cashier will collect the payment before departure time or at anytime that is convenient for the guest.   Please ensure that your account has been signed & stamped when settled.
