About Villa Vicente
The villa could not be more different from a soulless tourist hotel. To start with, it has only six bedrooms, ensuring that every one of its guests is welcomed at Villa Vicente as a person rather than a reservation. Yet all its rooms have en suite facilities, at least one balcony, a television, a double bed, and (optional) air conditioning.

Guests have free use of Villa Vicente’s attractive gardens, its in-house travel agency service, its foreign exchange facilities, and the adjoining property’s swimming pool. For small extra charges, they may also enjoy room service, a laundry service, internet access, and lockers for personal valuables*. Villa Vicente maintains a doctor-on-call service. And, there is a foreign exchange desk in the hotel.

Villa Vicente has two executive bedrooms. These differ from all the other, deluxe bedrooms in that they are larger, and have two balconies, a kitchenette and a minibar. All Villa Vicente rooms have en suite facilities.

Location
Villa Vicente is located just a few minutes from the glorious and unspoilt Candolim beach, a long stretch of coastline along the Arabian Sea that extends from Fort Aguada to Chapora beach. Although Candolim has one of Goa’s least commercialised (and most beautiful) beaches, it offers

visitors plenty of facilities, including bars, clubs and restaurants of all types. Candolim was the birthplace of Abbe Faria, who was one of Goa’s most celebrated freedom fighters and is widely regarded as the father of hypnotism. At one end of Candolim beach is Fort Aguada, which was built in 1612 by the Portuguese. This is a famous and historic Goan fort and is well worth visiting.

On the northern side of the fort are two beaches. One of these is Calangute, a popular and highly commercialised tourist centre that provides a broad range of entertainment venues.
